If you are purchasing one of the Century Property Development's stands, we could assist you with finance of up to 90% (Bank Dependent). For existing homes, apartments and townhouses you might be able to receive finance of up to 100% if the total bond amount is less than R2,500,000. Please also keep in mind that the higher the deposit, the better your chances are of obtaining a better interest rate from the banks.
